TabTrade - The Short Version
TabTrade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It means the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. Still preferable to a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.
Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker this new, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.
FIX API is there for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is reportedly coming. That will be a good addition once it is live.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. $0 to start. Suits beginners.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is the thing this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are not marketing fluff. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals something about priorities.
Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
However. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should be part of your assessment.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You fund your account, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before funding.
